🏛️ DES Clients
Co-pay rates apply based on your DES level. Contact us to confirm your specific co-pay.
Full DaysOver 6 hours — DES Level Co-Pay applies
Half DaysUnder 6 hours — DES Level Co-Pay applies
⚠️ Additional fee of $15 per child/week for DES clients (full-time & part-time).
📌 Additional Fees & Policies
- Annual Registration Fee: $80.00 per child (out-of-pocket clients) · $55.00 per child (DES clients) · Half fee for each additional child in the same family.
- Overtime Childcare: Tuition rates cover up to 10 hours/day. Additional time is charged at $7.00 per hour.
- Transportation Fee (School-Age): $7.50 per week per family during the school year. Parents must call the center when their child does not need to be picked up.
- Failed / Bounced Payment: A $25 late fee will be added to any account with a failed or returned payment.
- Late Pickup Fee: $5 per minute after 6:30 PM.
- Weekly Contract Rate: The weekly contract rate applies to all clients regardless of whether your child is in attendance or not.
- No Refunds: Tuition payments are non-refundable.
