This place for one has "teachers" that don't watch your kids and allow other children to hurt your child while they stand around and let it happen, 2 of which have BAD attitudes. Every other day it was always something either someone bit or scratched my daughter or they claimed my 2 year old did something to another child. Their billing is the most unprofessional and unorganized system ever. There were several times their systems were down and they couldn't even give me info on my account. The "owner" Angie told me once (after seeing my child crying on the FLOOR with another cold pouncing on her back as the 2 lazy "teachers" watched and did NOTHING!!) not to worry about making my payment I was about to make. Any other person would take that as don't worry about making the payment flat out since the staff was not doing what I'm paying them to do, well NO she says she meant don't worry about it RIGHT NOW. But I still owed her the $60.
I finally got my daughter out of that bug infested place and was told TWICE I was up to date on my payments and owed NOTHING. 2 months later they are calling constantly while I'm at work and sending me letters with a crazy balance saying I was given false information. TOO BAD as a business if you give incorrect info whether you're right or wrong you eat that error. I'm not going to wait around for random businesses I once attended to call me non stop asking for more money. I was planning on waiting to talk to Angie about this and give her a chance to fix their mistake and stop harassing me but I just got ANOTHER phone call asking for money. Either the actual owners call me to apologize for their awful business practices and give me notice in writing I have a 0 balance or I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ASAP. My phone number is on file I hope the system is working today.

My boyfriends kids have attended Kids first preschool for a couple of years. They work very well with your child by following a daily schedule that keeps your children engaged. The activities all the kids do are hands on they love the cooking activities best. The girls did not know how to hold a pencil or write and now are both able to read. With their shy personalities they would cry when I dropped them off and the staff did wonderful comforting them and now they ask if they can stay longer because they have so much with their teachers. We had financial issues that put us behind on our bill and the daycare worked very well with us and assisted us in our bill despite us not following the contract. The girls also loved the meals because they were "yummy" but to me it is awesome that they served nothing but healthy meals. I highly recommend this center our son will begin attending once he is 1 year in age.

My 5 year old boy and 3 year old girl have been cared for by Angie and her staff for 2 1/2 years now and my kids love it! The staff is friendly and helpful with my kids even though they aren't the easiest to handle. They have prepared my son to start kindergarten this August and my daughter is right behind him. They have balanced meals including fresh fruit in he morning for all the kids and they get plenty of outside time. All the teachers have kept me completely informed with progress (both good and bad) and any kind of illness or injury immediately when it happens. They are flexible with billing on the rare occasion that an emergency comes up and we need a day or two to pay. This facility and its staff come HIGHLY recommended for any parent looking for a daycare where they can trust the staff and rest easy knowing their kids are safe and guided.

I absolutely LOVE this daycare, my babies have been to several daycare facilities and I can confidently say this is the BEST one!! Kim and Eleanor at the front desk greet you with a warm welcoming smile. The teachers are always attentive and happy to see us. The rates are acceptable and they work with me when I've had child support issues. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They say it takes a village and I definitely count Kid's First as a part of my village. AND they are open Saturdays!

I absolutely love this center. I have 2 children here one being a special needs child and the care, support and dedication that Mr. Jeff the owner provides and filters through his centers is A-1! I absolutely recommend this center if u need that peace of mind your children are well taken care of.We have been attending for the past 3 years and have no intentions on leaving they make u feel like family

Kids First is a great daycare center. While my son was attending here, the facilities were very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. The administration was very helpful in getting registered and figuring out my needs for my son. I loved that they served great meals and wrote down all information necessary for the day. Very friendly and kind environment.

Kids First Preschool Childcare is pretty awesome. My nephew had been going there since he was in the ones room. He has grown up a lot in the last couple of years. Pretty excited to be going into Pre-K and learning more. They treat us like family there. It's a clean and safe place.
